Role Description

The Billing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hickory, NC. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing cycle, including generating and reviewing invoices, processing client billing, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all billing activities. The role involves verifying patient and facility information, reconciling accounts, addressing billing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The Billing Specialist will respond to billing inquiries from clients and facilities, maintain detailed records, support month-end reporting, and follow established accounting and compliance standards. The role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing reliable billing support for pharmacy operations.
