Job Description

The three temporary team members will be working with our payment posting team.

The payment posting team is responsible for opening all mail, scanning, indexing, and posting payments for hospitals, clinics, and behavioral health facilities.

They are also responsible for working all self-pay credits along with clinic (PB) insurance credits/undistributed amounts.

Two of the temporary staff will assist with payment posting functions such as mail handling, deposits, scanning/indexing into On Base, and payment posting. One staff member will assist with credit/undistributed cleanup.

Qualifications

· Charting experience: Required or preferred.

· 2 years of Epic Resolute experience required with current practice.

· Unit-specific skill set desired: Hospital and clinic payment posting, clinic refunding.
