Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in settlement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review completed services and confirm rates with Operations for billing.
• Generate invoices, track payments, and manage aging reports.
• Manage customer profile and monitor credit balance for compliance.
• Process vendor invoices and confirm payment schedules.
• Perform corporate credit card reconciliation for expense reports.
• Compile and review accruals for month-end closing.
• Submit and manage purchase requests for supplies.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivot Tables)

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills
