Ryan Specialty seeks a Billing Service Specialist to support a high-volume billing operation in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on processing all types of billing and commission transactions for Builders Risk products, while delivering elite customer service over phone interactions.

You will enter transactions in company systems, maintain production standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• General knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Ability to navigate business software and systems.
