Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.Location: This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.

What You'll Do:
What We're Ideally Looking For:
Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service, particularly within a call center and phone queue environment, is essential. 1-3 years of experience in Billing is preferred.Problem-Solving: Ready to tackle challenges head-on and manage innovative solutions.Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is paramount, and meticulousness is a hallmark of your work ethic.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.Team Players: Excel in a collaborative setting? Education and Training: Some college education or equivalent. Associate in General Insurance Designation nice to have.
