ElevenLabs, a fast‑growing AI research and product company, is hiring a Billing Operations Specialist to own the full billing lifecycle for our enterprise accounts. You’ll translate closed‑won deals into subscriptions, reconcile provisioning, and ensure accurate invoicing across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing platforms and invoicing processes.
• Ability to reconcile orders and provisioning across systems.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Finance and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate closed‑won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in our billing platforms (e.g., Stripe).
• Own the reconciliation between executed orders and provisioning; work with Sales and Legal to resolve gaps.
• Partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build guardrails for faster, more accurate provisioning.
