Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Revenue Cycle Management team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily RCM operations, ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Support client relationships in collaboration with Client Success Manager and HR for issue resolution.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and billing processes, staying informed on industry trends and staffing needs.
