Job summary

Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center is looking for a supervisor to lead billing operations and ensure efficient payment processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable management, with at least four years of experience in medical settings, including supervisory experience.

This role requires knowledge of AR with third-party insurance and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with Electronic Practice Management systems such as NextGen or EPIC is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in a medical setting, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge and experience working in accounts receivable with third-party insurance.
• Experience with Electronic Practice Management/Medical Records system required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, processes, and projects related to payment processing.
• Provide support to billing staff while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain accounts receivable within set guidelines.
