Job summary

ClickHouse Cloud, the fully managed version of the open source ClickHouse database, grows its billing and marketplace capabilities. The Senior Product Manager for Billing and Marketplaces will own the roadmap, drive launches, and collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Sales Ops, and Marketing.

The role requires 7+ years in product management with cloud billing experience, plus hands-on work with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces and metering APIs. Remote-friendly with global scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years in billing, metering, payments, or commercial platforms for cloud/usage-based products.
• Deep knowledge of usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and committed spend contracts and how they translate into invoices and revenue.
• Experience with cloud marketplaces and metering APIs across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain billing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, execution, and launches for a key billing/marketplaces area.
• Scope features with engineering and convert them into a near-term roadmap and drive to launch.
• Improve prepaid commit capabilities including customer-specific rate cards and balance visibility.
• Drive cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including private offers and reporting.
• Improve payment and collections flows including dunning and delinquency handling.
• Lead billing launches for new products and pricing models in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Serve as a billing SME across the company.
