Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or Finance with strong financial analysis.
• Minimum five years in billing, account management, or related roles.
• Minimum five years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• APPA Key Account Management Certification or equivalent within two years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing operations for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Lead two critical customer-facing functions: utility billing and key accounts.
• Develop budgets and monitor KPIs to drive financial performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to resolve escalated issues.
• Represent Customer Operations on projects and industry task forces.
