Harris Computer is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable professional in Nebraska to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance. You will proactively coordinate with multiple departments to resolve problem accounts and engage with the Collections team on billing issues.

The role requires education in Accounting/Finance and experience in Accounts Receivable or related fields, with strong communication and analytical skills.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Proactively communicating with various departments on problem accounts.
• Working with Collections to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee information requests.
• Preparing information for month-end and quarter-end close.
• Account reconciliation.
