Job summary

Premier Bankcard in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking customer service representatives to handle billing and fraud disputes by phone. You will listen, ask targeted questions, and provide timely status updates to guide cases toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies, details, and process steps accurately.
• Experience in call center or customer-service roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding billing and fraud disputes and provide current status.
• Process new lost/stolen reports and billing-dispute inquiries.
• Identify potential issues and contact cardholders/merchants about fraud or billing disputes.
• Execute account adjustments, reinstatements, and closures; escalate when needed for review.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
