Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and competency of language.
• Ability to focus and work without supervision.
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving.

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with credit card systems, security fraud, or billing disputes preferred.
• 3 years in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls about billing and fraud disputes and provide status updates.
• Process lost/stolen reports and billing dispute inquiries.
• Identify issues and contact cardholders/merchants about fraud or disputes.
• Execute account adjustments and closures, escalating when needed.
• Follow policies and compliance standards.
