Position Overview

As a Billing Financial Analyst, you will analyze and impact Foley Carrier Services' financial performance, focusing on billing, operations analysis, and reporting. This hands-on role emphasizes continuous improvement to deliver clear, business-critical information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, assertive, positive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

This position is remote. Applicants residing in CT, MA, GA, FL, SC, TX are welcome to apply.

The compensation range is $60k-$68k, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Foley's products, services, billing practices, and procedures.
• Serve as a utility team member across billing and AR, assisting in all areas as needed.
• Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities, focusing on billing improvements.
• Create meaningful metrics and trends to forecast and influence future results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 2-5 years of corporate billing and AR experience, aspiring to be a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SQL and relational database experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
