Job summary

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support the Sales & Events team in a premier Utah resort setting. This role handles end-to-end billing from initial booking to guest departure, maintaining posting masters, reviewing charges, and finalizing master bills to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include updating deposit schedules, processing adjustments, and coordinating with Event Sales and Planning to interpret contract terms and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Prior billing/finance/accounts payable or receivable experience is required.
• One to two years of events or conference management experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Must manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and organization.
• Proficiency in Opera, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus; ability to collaborate with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing for the Sales & Events department from booking through guest departure.
• Create and maintain posting masters, review event charges, and finalize master bills.
• Update and track deposit schedules; request deposits and final payments before arrival.
• Process bill adjustments, reconcile discrepancies, and review revenue reports.
• Collaborate with Event Sales and Event Planning to ensure contracts are interpreted correctly and billing details are accurate.
