A leading company in the Mission Valley Power service area seeks applicants for a position that requires a high school diploma and significant computer experience. The role includes public interaction and familiarity with accounting practices, offering a competitive hourly wage and benefits under a union agreement.
The successful applicant must have a high school diploma or GED. Minimum of two (2) years of general computer experience with personal computer, must have one (1) year experience working with the public, familiarity and knowledge of MVP Operations Manual, including rate schedules, basic knowledge of accounting practices such as credits and debits. Must live within Mission Valley Power’s service area. This position is covered under the basic agreement between the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes and the IBEW 768; employee must join the union within 30 days of hire. All applicants must submit a completed Tribal application, copy of academic transcript and/or relevant training certificates, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming Veteran’s Preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted to the Personnel Office, P.O. Box 278, Pablo, MT 59855. Salary is $20.72 to $ 25.90 (depending on qualifications), with pay increase scheduled for July 1, 2025, plus a Union Benefit Package.
