• Familiarity with CPT codes, ICD-10 coding, and insurance claim processes.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial insurance billing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and insurance representatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
