TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely customer billing and support internal invoicing processes. The role requires strong organization and communication to handle accounts receivable, payments, and month-end activities.

Based in Bessemer, AL, the position offers onsite duties with opportunities to work with multiple departments and maintain documentation quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in billing-related roles and proficiency in Excel.

• 5+ years of billing, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related administrative experience.
• 3+ years of invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer billing while supporting internal departments with invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer service are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bessemer, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
