Qualifications

• Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required.

• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Compile financial data and submit reports electronically
• Process state billing accurately and on time
• Prepare bank deposits and track receipts
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including billing and collections
• Enter Accounts Payable data
• Reconcile checkbooks and maintain organized financial records
• Use Sage accounting software and spreadsheets
• Assist with general accounting and clerical duties as needed
