Job description

Responsibilities

• Create and/or modify Install Base (IB) in Oracle to ensure accurate loading of Service Agreements (SAs).


• Perform Audits on all billing functions for co-workers and provide results to department Quality role.


• Research / interpret contract issues. Work with IT when necessary.


• Review Service Agreements in Clarify


• Analyze Customer Support Plans (CSPs)

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience


• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SLC, CMS, Clarify, MOL, SMS and COF.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Effective time management skills are required.


• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.


• Basic understanding of radio systems and Service Products.


• Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals (debit vs credit).
