What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage billing tasks for non-contractual bill backs, including maintenance and transaction processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure optimal billing processes
- Review and interpret Certificates of Insurance for compliance and escalate accounts as necessary
- Develop and maintain training manuals and internal control documentation
- Analyze and report on metrics related to pre-default accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Corporate Vehicle Insurance with a High School Diploma
- One (1) year of experience in Billing, Receivables, Customer Service, or related financial support role with a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build professional relationships across all levels of the organization
