Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RCM billing or AR follow-up.
• Strong understanding of claim lifecycle and AR scenarios.
• Experience working US hours (9am–5pm ET).

• Support insurance management and maintain accurate information.
• Run manual calls to insurance companies as needed.
