Job summary

Latitude Inc. is seeking an Advanced Billing Associate to strengthen the finance team within a cutting-edge technology and defense organization.

You will manage high volumes of invoices (FFP, T&M, commercial), ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to support revenue, EBIT, and cash goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 4+ years in billing, accounting, or finance.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounting processes and practices.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of work.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, DCAA, DCMA, DoD, CAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Hyperion Essbase or Oracle.
