As the Billing and Collections Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting Avivo’s financial and operational health by ensuring accurate, timely billing and collection processes for our programs. You’ll work closely with teams across Recovery Services and Ending Homelessness, managing documentation, resolving billing concerns, and helping reduce outstanding account balances. Your attention to detail and passion for service will ensure our clients receive the seamless care and support they deserve.
