• Prepares follow-up letters and demand letters to delinquent unit owners/ tenants.
• Review annual escalation rates of tenants' rental.
• Responsible for a summary of collection and daily cash position reports.
• Prepares and maintains unit owners/ tenants records
• Prepares clearance of moving-out tenants/ unit owners.
• Process request payment
• Performs such other duties as the management may assign.
