Job summary

Derick Dermatology PLLC is seeking a remote Billing & Coding Support Associate in Illinois to manage payments and generate invoices within our EMR system. This full-time, work-from-home role requires precise posting of payments and reconciliation of batches.

You will collect and apply patient payments, monitor delinquent accounts, and respond to balance inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Official High School Transcripts, Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
• Ability to navigate between different tabs and systems on the computer
• This position is remote and the candidate must live in Illinois

Responsibilities

• Entering payments within EMR system and generating invoices.
• Reconciles cash batches from Reception and Dispensary departments.
• Collect, post, and manage patient account payments.
• Review delinquent accounts and contact patients for collection purposes.
• Answer questions regarding account balances.
