Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Coralville, IA is seeking a Billing and Cash Analyst to support billing, credit memos, and credit card processes. This onsite role handles invoice uploads, data accuracy, and serves as a primary contact for billing inquiries within the Finance team.

You will respond to inquiries via phone and email, provide timely resolutions, and contribute to efficient account and payment issue resolution. Reports to the Manager of Billing and Cash.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years experience.
• Excellent customer service experience to both internal and external customers.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Manage and maintain invoice uploads into 3rd party systems.
• Field and answer all inquiries received by phone and email providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Manage and maintain all invoice summary functions, by sending customers summaries on weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis

The Billing and Cash Analyst is responsible for accurately supporting the organization's billing, credit memo, and credit card processes. This role manages and maintains invoice uploads into third-party systems, ensures data accuracy and timeliness, and serves as a key point of contact for billing-related inquiries. The Analyst provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers by responding promptly and effectively to phone and email inquiries while supporting the efficient resolution of account and payment issues]. This position reports to the Manager of Billing and Cash and is part of the Finance department located in Coralville, IA and will be an onsite role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance
