Job summary

Sedgwick in Oregon is seeking a Billing Associate to prepare accurate client installment and audit invoices by line of business, maintain revenue reporting by client and location, and analyze revenue variances against budget. • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of billing or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to defer revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
