Sedgwick is seeking a Billing Associate to prepare accurate client installments and audit invoices, maintain revenue reporting by client and location, and analyze variances.

You will reconcile client claim disbursement accounts, deliver invoice reporting packages, and resolve issues for internal and external customers.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration within the billing team, with a starting hourly range of $22–$25 and benefits listed below.

Formación

• Two years of billing or related experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting practices and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Creates accurate client installment and audit invoices for assigned clients and location.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains recurring journal entries to defer revenue quarterly/yearly.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains billing files with current instructions and contracts.
• Produces monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
