Job summary

ADP is seeking a Billing Analyst to ensure client master data accuracy across ADP systems and to prepare bill runs, invoices, and credit notes accurately and on time.

You will respond to client and internal queries, perform SOX controls, support month-end close, and maintain process documentation. Strong English and Excel skills are essential for success in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Billing experience of minimum one year.
  • Experience using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF).
  • Must be able to self-check work with high accuracy.
  • Flexible and supportive team member.
  • Able to communicate at all levels and work autonomously.

  • Complete controls checklists including SOX for relevant bill runs.
  • Ensure all timelines on the monthly checklist are achieved or exceeded with focus on Month-End tasks.
  • Respond to clients and internal requests via Siebel and shared Billing inbox within agreed timescales.
  • Assist the team leader with projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Update process documentation monthly for any changes.
  • Escalate concerns to the team leader promptly.
  • Support other team members and ensure calls are answered promptly and professionally.

Job Summary & Role
  • The Billing Analyst ensure all client master data is maintained in the various ADP systems in an accurate and timely manner and respond to all internal and external queries.
  • The Billing Analyst should prepare and run bill runs, manual invoices and credit notes for all products, accurately and completely on a timely basis.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute bill runs, manual invoices and credit notes for various ADP products on a timely basis
  • Complete all controls checklists including SOX for relevant bill runs
  • Ensure all timelines on the monthly checklist are achieved or exceeded with strong focus to deliver the Month-End tasks
  • Respond to clients and internal business associates requests received through Siebel and shared Billing e-mail inbox, in line with agreed timescales and performance metrics
  • Assist the team leader with projects and ad hoc requests
  • Update process documentation monthly for any changes
  • Escalate concerns or difficulties to the team leader on a timely basis
  • Support other team members
  • Ensure the telephone is answered promptly and professionally
Skills Requirements
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Previous Billing experience of minimum one year
  • Previous expertise with using Excel function (such as: VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF)
  • Must be able to self-check work and have a strong sense of accuracy
  • Flexible and supportive team member
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously essential
  • Time management - strong ability to priorities and meet deadlines
