Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist with strong government contract accounting background. You will review contracts, prepare invoices, and coordinate with OPS, Contracts, and PMs to ensure accurate monthly billing and compliance with PoP.
Must have extensive Deltek CP experience, especially in projects and billing modules, and be able to audit hours, costs, and subcontractor data. Hybrid work arrangement available with a professional office environment.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid remote work environment. Evening and weekend hours are required, as required by business need.
