Job summary

Bruker Energy and Supercon Technologies (Bruker EST) is seeking a manufacturing assembler for our Carteret, NJ facility. This first shift role runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and requires attention to safety, precise measurement with micrometers and calipers, and assembling etch-cleaned parts in a clean room.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills (Excel), and the ability to read and understand procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations as stated in the OST Safety Manual.
• Proficiently use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Assemble etch-cleaned parts in a clean room environment.
• Assist in development and revision of billet packing procedures as needed.
• Maintain well-organized manufacturing paperwork.
• Support and improve Lean manufacturing practices.
• Work as part of a team and with minimal supervision at times.
• Cross-train as required per business needs.
