Job summary

Bruker Energy and Supercon Technologies (Bruker EST) seeks a manufacturing associate for a first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM). The role involves assembly of etch-cleaned parts in a clean room, precise measurement with micrometers and calipers, and maintaining orderly manufacturing paperwork.

Cross-training and Lean practices support are expected. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math/computer skills (Excel), and the ability to read procedures in English.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must have basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand all safety operating procedures and to use all safety features and equipment.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety regulations as stated in the OST Safety Manual.
  • Proficiently use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Assembly of etch-cleaned parts in a clean room environment.
  • Assist in the development and revision of billet packing procedures as needed.
  • Maintain well-organized manufacturing paperwork.
  • Support and help improve Lean manufacturing practices.
  • Work as part of a team and with minimal supervision at times.
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Work overtime as the production schedule requires.
  • Follow packing diagrams.
  • Cross-training as required per business needs.
