Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in OOH, media, real estate, or related industries.
• Proven success managing P&L or driving EBITDA growth.
• Experience in business development, sales leadership, or revenue generation.
• Experience in real estate, leasing or property development.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial performance and drive profitable growth.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the market.
• Oversee sales, real estate, and operations teams to ensure company goals are achieved.
• Develop business growth opportunities, secure new billboard locations, and manage key customer and landlord relationships.
• Manage market budgets, expenses, and financial results.
• Oversee lease negotiations, property acquisitions, renewals, and site development projects.
• Ensure company assets are maintained and meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees to support business objectives and company initiatives.
• Represent the company within the local community and industry.
• Travel as needed throughout the market and to other company locations.
