Job summary

Lindmark Companies LLC is hiring Billboard Installers to travel the South-Central U.S. region, mounting and maintaining outdoor signs at heights up to 125 feet. You’ll spend significant time outdoors, lift up to 100 lbs, and work in varied weather conditions.

Training pay starts at $18.50/hr, with post-training earnings based on a base rate plus piece-rate bonuses. Travel includes paid hotels and a $30 daily meal allowance, plus benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Light construction or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Comfort working at extreme heights.

Responsibilities

• Climb ladders up to 125 feet daily.
• Work from elevated platforms up to 70% of the day.
• Install and maintain billboard signs.
• Lift and carry up to 100 lbs safely.
• Travel across OK, TX, AR, LA with paid hotels.
• Operate tools like welders, torches, chainsaws.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders—up to 125 feet—multiple times daily.
• Work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of your day—while always staying safe.
• Install and maintain billboard signs, including posters and bulletins.
• Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.
• Operate and learn to use tools like welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, chainsaws, compressors, and more.
• Travel extensively across Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana (paid hotel and $30/day meal allowance).
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Follow safety protocols without exception—your life depends on it!
• Weekly Schedules may require long days (sunup to sundown). When Schedule is completed, the workweek could end.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Light construction or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical strength, stamina, and comfort working at extreme heights.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Important Physical Requirements:

• Must weigh under 265 lbs. due to equipment safety ratings.
• Full range of motion required to install signage.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all climates.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday through Friday schedule (with occasional weekend work).
• $18.50/hour during training.
• After training: hourly base + Piece Rate pay + bonus contests for extra earnings!
• Weekly pay, hotel covered during travel, and daily meal allowance of $30.
• Medical Insurance and Paid Time Off after 60 days.
