Job summary

L&W Outdoor Advertising Inc. in Greenfield, Indiana, seeks a team player to install and maintain billboards outdoors. The role involves climbing, lifting up to 100 lbs, operating ladders and cranes, and working Monday–Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with some overtime.

Candidates should have construction experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read a tape measure. You’ll work year-round, be responsible for safety, and take completion photos to document

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards outdoors.
• Remove and hang advertising vinyls; repair and paint structures.
• Work outdoors in varying weather; use ladders, cranes, and skid steers; some electrical work.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.

Must be comfortable with heights - working up to 100' off the ground.

Seeking a team player to install and maintain our billboards. Including removing and hanging advertising vinyls, repairing and painting structures, cutting brush and weeds. This position is based outdoors; you will have exposure to all weather elements. Requires working off ladders and cranes, the use of skid steers, some concrete work and electrical wiring. Responsible for maintaining company vehicles, equipment, machinery and tools. You will also be required to take completion photos for proof of performance. Our ideal candidate has experience in construction, with ability to swing a hammer, use a circular saw and read a tape measure. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Some OT is required. You will be working out of our office in Greenfield, Indiana. Year-round work guaranteed.
