Job summary

Lindmark Companies is seeking a Billboard Installer to travel the South-Central U.S., climbing structures up to 125 feet to install and maintain billboard signs.

This full-time outdoor role requires physical strength, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug test. Training pays $18.50 per hour; after training, pay includes base rate, piece rate, and contest bonuses, with weekly pay and travel perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Light construction or hands-on experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical strength and stamina; comfortable heights.
• Basic math skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Climb ladders up to 125 feet multiple times daily.
• Work from elevated platforms up to 70% of the day.
• Install and maintain billboard signs.
• Lift up to 100 lbs with safe lifting techniques.
• Travel across OK, TX, AR, LA with hotel and meal allowance.
• Operate tools like welders and torches.
• Work outdoors in all weather and follow safety protocols.
