Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in Massachusetts to join a compassionate in-home care team. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your caregiving career.

Immediate openings exist for full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and live-in assignments. We are a locally trusted home care provider committed to compassionate care and career growth.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and patient individuals.
• PCA, HHA, CNA, Homemaker or caregiving experience is a plus.
• New caregivers encouraged to apply with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance to keep seniors safe and independent at home.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming support.
• Meal prep and nutrition assistance.
• Medication reminders and basic monitoring.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Companionship and friendly conversation.
• Errands, shopping, and transportation assistance.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing:
