Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Andover, MA is hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We welcome Caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, nursing students, and experienced helpers; training and ongoing support are provided.

Roles include assisting with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, medication reminders, companionship, and transport to activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• HHA, CNA, PCA certification welcomed but not required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Observe changes in client condition and communicate with the care team.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
