About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to ensure a timely, complete, and accurate processing of bill payment transactions.

Essential Functions

• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate processing of bill payment transactions.


• Facilitate all distributions related to the bill payment product offering; process and/or conduct quality reviews of one-time and recurring distributions/receipts and cost basis, ensuring compliance and coding completeness.


• Build and maintain relationships, and ensure appropriate controls for all processes related to the bill payment product offering; identify accounts with past-due bill payments, collaborate with internal departments to identify clients needing additional bill payments.


• Drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and assist with projects and testing.


• Work closely with other support teams within the Trust Company to resolve client transactions and assist or backup during high volumes or absence.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 2+ years of finance or investment management experience required.

Compensation

Hourly: $19.00 - $21.90 (amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies).
