• Plan and conduct groups on topics like stress management, coping, relationships, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Help connect young adults to local resources (counseling, support groups, wellness programs).
• Create a safe, inclusive space where youth can express thoughts and aspirations.
• Encourage advocacy and reduce stigma around mental health in the community.
• Maintain professional, privacy-respecting interactions with youth and families.
