Job summary

Many Parts Ministries is seeking a bilingual Youth and Hispanic Ministry Coordinator to connect Catholic high schools, parishes, and Hispanic ministries with our charism education resources. You will engage clients in English and Spanish, tailor packages, and guide implementation while supporting remote team collaboration.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, light translation/editing of Spanish drafts, and a mission-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing Catholic with understanding of Catholic teaching and charisms.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with ability to lead a sales call, write professional emails, and present resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to listen deeply and respond thoughtfully.
• Prior experience in administration, sales, customer service, or ministry-related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take sales calls in English and Spanish with ministry leaders.
• Listen to clients' needs and offer personalized guidance.
• Build authentic relationships with ministry leaders and demonstrate care for their mission.
• Recommend packages and resources from charism-based programs.
• Share the value of resources to help teens and Spanish-speaking Catholics grow in faith.
• Close sales with clear, compassionate guidance and follow-up.
• Serve as onboarding point of contact and manage client communications.
• Manage administrative aspects of sales and communications with clients.
• Advise on Spanish offerings, adaptations, and outreach to Hispanic communities.
• Provide light translation/editing of Spanish drafts; do not translate from scratch.
• Bring feedback from Spanish-speaking clients to improve resources.
• Collaborate with team to enhance client experience and share insights.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing formation.
