Seton Home About Us:
Seton Home is a special and safe place for pregnant and parenting teen mothers to heal following trauma, abuse or neglect. From the moment of arrival, dedicated professionals guide our mothers through healing and toward happy, healthy relationships with their babies to break the cycle of abuse and neglect. While in our care, mothers receive safe shelter, compassionate counseling, quality education, parent education, and an opportunity to thrive as a family.
Workdays: Varies with 2 consecutive days off
Work Hours: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Location: 1115 Mission Road, San Antonio, TX 78210
Mission: Seton Home works to break the cycle of abuse and poverty by providing a caring home, education, and support services necessary to transform the lives of pregnant and parenting teen mothers and their children.
Summary:
All Youth Care Workers may be required to work different shifts in order to meet program needs. Below is a basic description of the general tasks required to be completed throughout the day. The tasks listed are only a general outline and other job duties will be assigned to meet program needs.
Minimum of 1-year (cumulative) employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents in a social service setting.

Able to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route if working directly with unaccompanied children.
