This role involves loading/unloading rental equipment, inspecting and preparing gear for customers, and maintaining yard organization. The position operates 2nd shift with PPE provided, requiring outdoor work in varying weather. A drug screen and background check are required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must speak Spanish or be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or equipment handling preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Must wear steel-toe boots (STB).
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction rental equipment and materials.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for customer use.
• Maintain inventory and organize equipment within the yard.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with general yard maintenance and housekeeping.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear required PPE and safety equipment at all times.
