Job summary

Surge Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Workforce Supervisor in Normal, Illinois, responsible for meeting the needs of a major client. This role involves delivering high quality service and supervising On-site Staffing Specialists.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English and has a High School diploma with proven leadership skills. Full-time work hours are Monday to Friday, from 4 AM to 3 PM.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience.
• Experience in performing background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.

Bilingual Workforce Supervisor

The Bilingual Workforce Supervisor is primarily responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major Surge client. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needs.
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance.
• Supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists.
• Monitor attendance of employees.
• Process and assist with Workers Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from all vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish and English.
• Effectively meet the temporary help and/or training needs of a major SURGE client.
• Deliver high quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
