SURGE Staffing is seeking a bilingual On-Site Supervisor to manage hybrid schedules, bridging English and Spanish communication for a major client. You will oversee two shifts and occasional Saturday coverage, ensuring high-quality service to both staff and clients.

Ideally you bring supervisory experience, strong admin skills, and a customer-focused mindset to develop strong partnerships and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Spanish.
• Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build partnerships.
• 1–2 years supervisory or 3–5 years in customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Bilingual On-Site Supervisor who is self-motivated, eager, and has the passion for helping people reach their goals!

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) with a hybrid schedule, including two days on 1st/day shift and three days on 2nd/night shift. Availability for two Saturdays per month is required as needed. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable with a flexible work schedule.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Spanish.
• Effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major SURGE Client
• Delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees
• Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks
• Monitor attendance of employees
• Process and assist with Workers Compensation claims
• Reconcile invoices from all vendors
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• High School diploma required
• Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnerships
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience
• Must have great communication and customer service skills
