Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead a Cricket Wireless location in Wichita Falls, TX. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and oversee daily operations to ensure consistent performance across all metrics.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to recruit and develop staff, schedule to budgeted hours, and maintain a secure, well-promoted store environment.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Fully understand and educate personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager and other parties to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
• Ensure the team maintains a clean, inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.
• Respond timely to all communications and complete required training.
