Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Knoxville to lead sales and operations at the location. You will drive customer experience, coach a team, and manage inventory and store standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail sales management, and the ability to train staff on promotions and compensation plans. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; evening/weekend shifts are common.

Formación

• 2 years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales, commissioned sales).
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills beneficial.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel and stay engaged.
• Ensure customers have an exceptional experience at all touchpoints.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales opportunities.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products and promotions.
• Train staff on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in investigations and compliance.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted hours and staffing needs.
• Maintain clean, inviting store atmosphere and organized operations.
• Respond promptly to communications and training requirements.
