Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach your team, manage inventory, launch new products with the District Manager, and drive revenue while maintaining a welcoming, efficient store environment. This role offers a balanced 8-hour shift, weekdays, and most Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, and develop teams.
• Strong sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead store operations, manage inventory, and roll out new products.
• Coach on the sales floor and provide ongoing training.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming store and handle compliance/reporting.
• Collaborate with District Manager and partners on launches.
