The position supports store operations and targets sales KPIs with commission potential. Qualifications include fluency in English and Spanish, excellent communication, and the ability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Sell and suggest tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with store operations and duties.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions as needed.
